Do you think it's a professional to describe your company as Fert and Squirt?..

Or this industry?

Not at all. For those that ask, I describe myself as a lawn and landscape health management professional. Fert and squirt bears the connotation that I am a polluter.

Well if your putting down pesticides without fixing why they are there and what they are indicating about the lawn you are a Polluter. It ends up in your drinking water. I could go on but I don't need to.

Its just slang used on Lawnsite. No I would never put that on advertising pieces or use that term with a customer.

People wouldnt even know what it is anyways. Sounds like someone with the runs!

Fert and squirt, splash and dash..those are terms to mock your competitors as unskilled, unprofessional and unprepared to provide quality service. I would never use those terms, even with friends, to describe anything we offer as the idea would carry out and away. Use them as a derogatory.
