Apts., Banks,Businesses, when should i give proposals, how late is to late?

I am fairly new and in process of getting insurance ect. When is prime time to approach big businesses for accounts, how late is to late? When do these people generally make their decisions on who thay will go with for the season? How much insurance coverage do they want to see?

Getting new clients is an all year part of this business, it's never too late. I sign new work all year, so I don't think there is a set time for most businesses. If they have a need, or a problem with their current service provider, they will seek alternatives whenever that happens. You may not sign the contract for that current season, but you have that work for the following season early & already set up sometimes. Not sure what most look for as far as insurance coverage. I have 1Mil. with a 2 mil umbrella etc. etc. but many just have 300 or 500 and get business. Good luck.
