Snow Performance Millage Max

I had the regular digital water/methanol hit on my last truck and now I'm going to have the Millage Max water/Meth kit installed. We have some big hills in west Austin with steep grades that caused the EGT's to get too high even in my milder 130 HP setting on my Smarty.

Some of the loads I pull can be 18K in the low range and as much as 33K in the high end. I need to be able to put the hammer down in the hills and not have the EGT's hold me back.

I deleted at 20K and did an Airdog with 625 head studs as well. In December I did the Suncoast M3GA Jr. trans, torque converter, billet input shaft, and billet flex plate as well. I'm at 76K now and the only issue I had was the water pump failed prematurely and I paid for it myself.

With my trans I'm able to run the Smarty in the 170 HP setting. I just need to start squirting some water/meth so I can floor it and not have to worry about burning a hole in a piston from high EGT's.

Did you see what I said about your mud flaps in the other posting? I just got stopped at a commercial inspection station last week. Do you have your CDL?

If you could buy EFI Live used on ebay like the Smarty and not have to buy an unlock code for $125 I would ponder it. You can get a used Smarty for $300. There is a file sharing website where you can still down load the ME file for DPF deleted trucks for free.

With my Millage Max I've already spent about $16,000+ on after market parts so trying not to throw away any money money if I can help it.

It illegal not to have them on your truck and could get you a ticket. If you get stopped by weights and measures police pulling that dump trailer the ticket will be about $1500 for having the wrong class of license. Dually dump trailers really stand out so if weights and measures enforcement see you they with no DOT numbers they are going to pull you over.

When I bought my trailer I didn't realize I was going to need a CDL. I drove from Houston back to Austin and luckily didn't get stopped. I had to get a cab card, sign up for drug testing, take a physical, and do a few other things. My insurance went up by $1000.

EFI Live alone could do wonders for your EGT's, depending on how good your tune is.
