17 HP Kaw. - Rough Idle

I have a JD walk behind with a 17 hp Kaw. that just started idling roughly. I changed both plugs and that is the extent of my mechanical ability - this did not help the situation. When idling, the motor "lopes" (that is my term), hrmp-hrmp-hrmp-hrmp. At high speed it's fine. Is this an idle adjustment? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thxs, Landrus2. Are there any products I can put in the gas that could possibly clean the card, or is this a card removal cleaning?

Also, why does it run fine at high/mowing speed and not at idle speed - just curious?

It doesn't take much to clog the low speed jet. Your main jet takes over when you run wide open.
