? kawasaki muffler

i need a muffler for a new fr600v,i know the fs and fr series motor are the same blocks are the fh series the same also they seem to be for sale all over but not many options for the fr series. all i can find are the mufflers for a zero turn,i have a walk behind so need the muffler that comes out and up not out and down due to the deck being right there. i found a few mufflers but the manifolds are hard to find and want to really know if the manifolds are universal from a fh to a fr series motor

There are two things you can do if you can not get a muffler to your need. Go to your local muffler shop or motorcycle shop and have them fab something for you. Or make it your self out of 3/4 or 1" cast iron pipe and briggs or kohler mufflers. I've done this a couple of times when clearance was an issue or in one case, where the engine was in the back of a box truck.

FH is not the same as FR/FS/FX. Kawasaki has some mufflers for the FS 481-600's that would work on a walkbehind. Muffler on the left side. Talk to your local Kawasaki dealer.

Take a pic of what you need. I have a brand new one off a kawasaki. If it's the right one I can hook you up.

You sure the out and down isn't just a turned upside down version of the out and up?

Or just fix the old on with silicone--it will stand up to about 500 degrees.
