Depends on the layout, degree of difficulty and what is needed. If it is pretty wide open and easy and only needed my basic herbicides I would be around 350-375 to be honest.

I would be around 200 per visit but that's Weed/feed step most of my large acre lawn don't care much for some of the steps like crabgrass or insect So for straight w/f around $200 now if they want it all I would be around 350 per step
I rather do large jobs vs small ones .On small lawns you have more overlapping more waste and more time involed

Multiply the square footage by .006 or so. It's the easiest way. You may need to tweek your multiplier a little bit. ( .0057- .0065) try it out!
