Weather has been awesome! Glad I got a chance to be out in the sun with my crew today. Here's a couple pictures of what we did today.

Work looks good. I see everything is blooming. The same is here. The grass is growing and looking gorgeous. Aside from our regular work, some new work is coming our way. Those places in those pictures look like some big properties.

Yea everything is green and trees and shrubs are blooming.
The pictures are of a property we do in the South Bay, about 22 acres.

What type of work do you do while your crews are on these large properties? Or is it basically to get out of the office and meet with property managers? Everything looks great by the way.

Thanks,

I jusy drop by and check how everything is going. Its real important that the property managers see an owner from time to time in any business. Every property no matter the size is important, one of the biggest complaints we get from new clients is that their previous landscaper (owner/manager) rarely stepped foot in the door to check up on how things were going. They will eventually get the feeling that you are just taking the money and running. Customer service is a huge part of this industry.

Not a Larime. This truck has all the bells and whistles. I was looking at a LongHorn edition but it was way to much. They are nice but not nice enough to pay another $10k
