What area in CA? Kinda looks like southern CA, judging by a couple of the pics.

We keep it pretty simple.
The truck is divided into 6 sections:
-1/2"
-3/4"
-1"
-1 1/4"
-1 1/2"
-2"

And each section has fittings of all kinds. We stock pile a lot of fittings at the shop, so the techs stock up at the end or beginning of each day.
