That and I tell them I do not schedule mowing on Fridays.

Fridays are for rain delays that happened during the week. No body wants their landscaper to come on a Saturday when they are home and want to enjoy their yard.

I mow Monday Tuesday Wednesday leave thurs Friday for rain or installs that way I can finish up Saturday if need be. I do one yard on Friday but they pay extra for it and it's close to home.

so far i work mon-thurs. i only have 1 yard on thursday. mon-wed are pretty much full. this is only my 3rd year in business. i need to fill thurs up and i'll be in good shape. friday will be for any overflow or rain delays.

I have a ton of customers that are willing to pay a premium for quality work.

I always get a chuckle out of how cheap the cheap guys must be working for in this area, as they underbid me on the total job price after buying all their materials from me and still underbid my prices by 30%
