Learning to spot PITA customers better and better every year. I've been w/o them for awhile now...but a 'new to me' customer is showing signs. I will walk away from her in a heartbeat to preserve my sanity. Someone else can put up with her antics should she morph into a true PITA.

that's an understatement. its not the best area for any local based business. although it has gotten slightly better the last couple years.
