That is 12 total hours. If you look up productivity charts a 52" mower at 9 mph at 80% productivity will mow around 4-5 acres per hour a 61" will do around 5-6 a hour. You have to think this is a big property where everything is pretty much wide open. You have to get a efficient way to mow to eliminate all the dead time at these types of properties. It isn't like a apartment complex where you have a lot of things to go around.
