Do blades need clocked?

Hey guys. Quick question: After replacing the blades on a 3-blade deck, is it best to clock them a certain way when installing the belt to maintain a more balanced / smoother operation, or keep them all pointing the same direction?

example: inner and outer blades the same direction, middle blade clocked 90 degrees out?

Thanks!

They won't stay that way from minute belt slippage. Doesn't matter either.
