If it is climbing the walls you need to cut it more often. It is used all over the place in New Orleans. It gets cut with a trimmer or a 21 inch mower on the highest setting. Early spring here then trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks and it will look great. I really only use pgr on huge areas that will show foot prints if rom me walking in it all the time. Pgr also helps it fill in tighter. Don't know where you are but when you see it charge a ton for it. It sucks and most hacks don't have a clue of how to take care of it. Then it will look like the pictures above in about a year. If done right it looks awesome

Yea this house has it growing up against the walls of the house and I keep it trimmed nice and it looks tight but it grows so fast that I was hoping a PGR would slow it down so I don't have to trim it so often.
