RLM Landscaping 2013

This is my third year in business and hoping for it to be a big one and it look like it might be. My EDDM advertising has brought in 12 new high end residential lawn clients so far and has helped me hit my goal of 30 lawns a week. Here's some pics of the equipment. Hoping to line up quite a few patio jobs to fill in the extra 2 days a week when I'm not cutting. Looks like I might even have to hire a second employee or someone to take over the lawn route if I keep growing. 30 lawns a week is three full days of cutting with the size houses I do and if I start another day a week it doesn't leave any time for patio jobs and other large projects so we'll see where this year goes.

Picked up three more houses today and also bought a stihl kombi system with articulating hedge trimmer, curved edger and trimmer. Looks like this year is shaping up to be super busy.

Pic of a new account I picked up. This one has a lot of hedges to trim, shoulders are gonna be sore this summer. Also some photos of another spring cleanup.

No plans as of right now. If my patio work picks up a lot I'm going to look into getting a plate compactor for myself. If I get really busy with the patio work I'd like to get a compact tractor with backhoe attachment. I could a use a machine for quite a bit of work I do but cannot justify the cost of buying one right now.
