Yeah I gotta see where I end up by this winter. If I keep it at two, two man crews I will buy a dump trailer and use that behind the gmc for installs and I will run that crew and then send out a cutting crew with the dump truck and trailer. Either that or I will go to a four man crew and get another mower and a bigger trailer and try to bust out 50-60 lawns in 3 days with four guys and do landscape install the other 2-3 days a week.

Been busy the past couple of weeks.

Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we ripped out 47 Taxus shrubs and replaced them with Inkberry. Along with doing 20 yards of mulch, removing three Arborvitae and their stumps and planting 10 pots.

Here are some before and afters:

Also some stripes from the past few weeks.

I also decided this week that I need to take myself off the lawn crew in order to complete all the landscape install jobs that I have on the board in a timely fashion. Heading to New Jersey Friday to pick up a 16' Dump trailer to pull behind the GMC. Going to use this for hedge trimming jobs and install work when the guys are using the dump truck for lawn cutting.

Took a drive to New Jersey over the weekend and picked up a dump trailer. Splitting off into two crews this week due to the amount of work I have so going to pull the dump trailer with the GMC when the dump trucks is out doing lawns 3 days a week.
