2nd estimate- I "high-balled" today

It was a $35 lawn, but she only wants bi-monthly mow service, so I said $55/visit. Here's me keeping my fingers crossed, lol

Well I got the job. I actually wish I could just fill a monthly schedule with this type of client. Bi-weekly schedule, more often if necessary, (additional visits are billable), and it's less than an hour till gates up for mow, trim, blow... I'll probably throw in a little edging & puning once in a while.

$55/visit, +/-10k sq. ft.

Did I do ok? It's a little far, but I would love to build clientele in this neighborhood ($$). Probably cost me $10 in gas round trip, so I'd better get some more soon, right?

If nothing else, it looks like this noob is gonna get his hands dirty
