He said they were looking to buy. Hopefully they found a broker that told them honestly what you can and cannot do with wetland/scrub habitat. Like I said if they want wide open fields there is plenty of old pastures they can buy. Another alternative is abandoned citrus groves. During the canker scare many farmers just let them grow over. They can be easily cleared and the topsoil skimmed off and sold for great profit. A lot of large subdivisions were former groves.

well, im no expert at all on plant types. I have to see it to know what im working with.
