Road cleaning

Ill start by saying that I am not sure exactly where a question like this is suposed to be posted in.

During spring cleanups around here it is pretty typical to have to cleanup all the sand from driveways and small parking lots at an additional cost after a long hard winter. I always do this with a couple small walk behind paddle sweepers, brooms, and shovels. I have no problems doing this

But today I got a call from one of the large developments that I have a contract to plow and sand/salt the roads during the winter and he wants me to give him a quote on clearing all the sand from the roadways and intersections. It is quite large, about a mile of roads with four intersections.

I am not sure if i should tell him that I cant do this, or is there a place to rent equipment to do something like this? I did a quick search for rentals in my area and didnt find much. Or I could also sub the job out to another company..

What do you guys do when something like this happens?
