Auto rain , thats harrigan , tlc and atlantic also have a decent presense down your way , I run in the annapolis area , stay local , a tight customer base .

I worked for someone in your area. Chesapeake landscape and design. We had quite a few properties in Annapolis including the mall.

I have seen them , we are 90% service , installs are getting a bit cut throat , I will fix them after the cheap guys are out of business .. 3 companies went out in the last 2 years .

Got a quote for another county. 10950 just for irrigation permit. Plus backflow and other permits

And they don't offer submeters either.
