What is this weed

Seeing this in several lawns in northeast Texas. Do any of you know the name of the weed and best way to control it?

I have seen small patches of the same stuff in a few lawns we take care of in Northern Virginia. I went to the local garden shop and asked the owner who knows multitudes on the topic of weeds and even he had no idea what it was. Im curious to see what this is as well

I hate trying to do this by a photo but it looks kinda like Narrow leaf Vetch. You might try google images and see if that is it. If it is not I have a couple other guesses.

That's cannabis sativa, from the cannabaceae family.

I need to get me a newer moniter. I blew up the image some and now it looks more like a clump instead of a vine. Is it more of a clump? If so, look at Wild Carrot http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.wildmanstevebrill.com/JPEG'S/Plant%2520Web%2520Images/Carrot.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.wildmanstevebrill.com/Plants.Folder/WildCarrot.html&h=707&w=370&sz=109&tbnid=ZMtiipaIjgofwM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=47&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dwild%2Bcarrot%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=wild+carrot&usg=___tOxWLjJzjq3L3YxwyJI9P5 qnlE=&docid=R4HzpTsTub43iM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=DNlxUYLpJ4fD2QWy5oCAAg&sqi=2&ved=0CIsBEP4dMA4
