need advise - which mower?

3 seasons ago I purchased a Dixie chopper (iron eagle) was told at the time it was a entry level commercial grade mower- well found out last year when I took it in for regular maint that it is considered a residential mower.. (my mistake and I don't want to make it again). So I am in the market now for a commercial mower - I have been to 2 places now and these sales guys have nothing but good things to say about the mower they are trying to sell me... but when I go on the internet to research, I am finding that owners of the machines that I am looking are not necessarily on the same page... Here is what I am looking for and have looked at - your advise is appreciated.....

looking at commercial line - 52" max (however found a 60" exmark)- mulching kit option (and possibly bagger)

I have priced out a Gravely pro-turn 152-24hp - kaw with suspension seat and a Exmark LZX29KA606SS Lazer Z Series. 29HP Kaw 60" Ultra Cut Series 6 with suspension seat

any advise? - any other machine you would recommend?

Do you need new? Idk if you have any experience with walkers or not, but the 52" mulch/rear discharge deck on the mbs is supposed to be great. I was just speaking with another user on here about them. The thread is most likely still on the first or second page.
