Full service account -Q's

Just got a great full service account in a nice neighborhood and have written up a contract about our agreement. My only question that i can think of right now is about how to go about doing the mulch when i know they are going to ask me about hedge trimmer later in the year when plants/hedges/shrubs need to be trimmed. I believe that they are looking to have the mulch done soon, but if i am laying 17 yards of mulch what am i to do about hedge trimming come summer? Laying tarps and raking out footprints seems like its going to be a *****. Any suggestions?

I would do the mulch after the first major trimming. Just ask em if they rather wait to do the mulch if not do what you do the best you can. I had a customer wanting me to catch the trimming on a sheet I tried it seemed to be a total waste of time. You still will get trimmings in the mulch. I clean them out the best I can and either blow around the clippings or turn the mulch.
