vacant lots

Own a mowing business and wondering what's the best way to obtain vacant lot contracts.

The best way to find the owner is to look on www.dallascad.org

that's the tax website for dallas/FW. It'll give you the address of the owner tied to the vacant lot.

But this begs the question, why are you trying to pursue vacant lots? The owners tend to be dirtbags without any concern for the property until it's time to sell. Do you really want your income dependent upon people who aren't willing to spend money on maintenance? Move on to a greener pasture than vacant lot mowings...
