One of the things that i really don't like about Turfco is that there are no dealers. But is this not to cut out the middle man and make parts service cheaper? Definately not the case as far as I'm concerned.

I look at the amount I think it should cost to ship and what is above. I don't really expect any service to be under $20.

What the complaint is ordering a part and have it shipped above the part cost. The handling portion of $7 seems reasonable based on what it takes to ship a part.

This was a regular shipping i even told her what ever is the cheapest I don't need it for a week or so. It came in a padded envelope still don't think it was worth that much shipping but you live and learn.
