Parts question for manufacture

I am looking an older stander tomorrow.52",17hp. Will I have trouble getting parts for this? I can't find a dealer close to Indianapolis and online it shows some parts obsolete? I would imagine there are replacement parts for the obsolete parts?

This mower will help on 2 large (10+acre) accounts I do now plus probably take over on about 20 of my residentials. I just don't want to buy a problem child. Also what's the ground speed on these?

Thanks,

Z

pass on it, thats not very much motor for a 52'', plus that motor would have been rated on the older spec, according to new spec it would be more like 14-15 hp. i wouldn't touch a 52 under 20hp, and i've bogged down my 22hp(old rating 24 hp) stander in tall spring cuts before

zspeed130,

We still fabricate the weldments, there could be some vendor supplied parts that are no longer available to the OEM but would still be available from the vendor. I believe the only part that comes to mind would be the original style hydro pumps are only available thru Hydro Gear, everything else we would have a replacement available if the original version is not. If you can provide the serial we can give you more information on the unit.

Best Regards
Wright Mfg.
