Power Raking/bagging after 1st Rd App

I have a few lawns that I have not yet been able to JRCO rake and bag due to the snowfall/rainfall we have had recently. Some of these same lawns have App service with me. Is it not a good idea to JRCO rake/bag AFTER you have applied Rd 1 (fert and pre)? What if it has been rained in, any different?

Your pre-m has most likely already been dissolved and spread thin in the upper surface of the soil... once you stir up the surface of the soil that thin layer of chemical may not be available to seedlings in every sq. in. of ground... if you have high pressure from CG, you may not want to risk it,,, IMO...

It would be a good experiment....but I am not wanting to lose a customer over it. Maybe will try on my own lawn next yr?
I think I wont go there...I will get the rake job done first then fling pre/fert.
Too scared to do otherwise....
