Which ZTR would be the better deal

I have found 2 used ZTR's.

1). 2004 (48") Gravely ZT 2148 XL, 631 hour's on it. Asking $1,600.00
2). 2010 (48") John Deere 23Hp Z245, 81 hour's on it. Asking $2,500.00

These are in good condition, with the John deere being much cleaner. I mow an acre myself, but help my parents out with 4 acres ocsasionally.

I know it may be a bit more than I need for my yard, but they are the only used I can find right now.

Which one would be the better deal?

$900.00 more for a 6 yr newer machine and way less hours seems like a better deal to me. I personally have no experience with either, but keep in mind what your local dealership carries in order to replace parts and service, just something to think about.
