52" bobcat takes forever to start

most of the time my bobcat zero turn takes for ever to start. it cranks when i turn key but does not start rite up any more. Any ideas?

Matt,

Make sure the choke butterfly is closing completely when the choke is applied, It may be as simple as a cable adjustment.....
