TEREX® ENVIRONMENTAL EQUIPMENT EXHIBIT THE TEREX® 440 BIOMASS WHOLE TREE CHIPPER AT NORTHEASATERN FOREST PRODUCTS EQUIPMENT EXPO

Farwell, Michigan, May 2013, Terex Environmental Equipment will be showcasing their TBC 440 Biomass Whole Tree Chipper at the Northeastern Forest Products Equipment Expo on 17 & 18 May 2013 in Bangor, Maine, USA

Terex® Environmental Equipment will be exhibiting their TBC 440 biomass whole tree chipper at the Northeastern Forest Products Equipment Expo on booth # X6 and X7, which will be shared with their dealer for this area, Powerscreen New England.

Commenting on the TBC 440, Kris Snyder, TEE Biomass Sales Manager, said, “We are delighted to be able to exhibit the TBC 440 at the Expo. This gives us a great opportunity to discuss our complete comprehensive 400 biomass range. We look forward to meeting with customers at the Expo and discussing the benefits of our entire product portfolio to help them deliver all their wood processing and recycling needs.”

TBC 400 Series
Terex Environmental Equipment manufactures a comprehensive line of biomass whole tree chippers. Our 400 series has three different models, TBC 430, TBC 440 and TBC 460 available with two configurations; the standard tow behind and track driven. These options can be equipped with optional loaders and or screen and blower system.

The drum in the 400 series is the largest in diameter in the industry, helping to improve efficiency and reducing fuel consumption. The drum has a 1 inch drum skin, full pocket cutting surface and bolt in replaceable wear parts. The drum gives the 400 series biomass chippers a mechanical advantage in cutting attack angle, wear, longevity, kinectic energy and fuel efficiency.

The large in-feed system and opening enables efficient feed of slash, limbs, short wood and whole trees. Our products use a full knife pocket across the face of the drum to produce a superior high quality chip and faster load times.

TBC 440
The TBC 440 can produce up to 160 tons per hour of quality biomass. The full knife pocket reduces overs and stringers made by the voids let when stagger knives systems pass by the anvil. The TBC 440 cuts with a 50" diameter by 45" wide full pocket cutting drum. Two, three and four knife pocket drums are available to give producers their perfect chip.

Standard equipment include: rear pivoting feed wheel with Eaton ME motor, radio remote control, bolt on replacement wear parts, and the Terex Eaton FX controller.

Terex invites customers to visit them on their booth #X6 & x7, at the Northeastern Forest Equipment Expo, Bangor, Maine, USA to receive first-hand information on its range of products and to meet members of the sales and customer support teams from Terex Environmental Equipment.
