Initial phone interview for employee

I've accumulated a list of guys who are interested in a position I have open.

In the past I've called them and explained the job and what he would be doing. Maybe ask a few questions about his experience. All in an effort to weed some of them out.

So what are your good questions you want to find out up front?

- Full name for background check
- experience in the field and with equipment.

First thing to say is that you perform random drug testing that will weed them down quickly.
