I don't envy you! At least it's not 95. What will you use as a drag? A section of chain link fence with a 4x4 frame works well.

We used a Skree (14ft 2x4).

Ok here we go.

Materials
2.5 cubic yards of masonry sand
Wheel barrow
2 square nose shovels
2 push brooms
1 14' 2x4
2 garden hoses with spray nozzles.

I'm not going to go into a ton of detail about this because it was pretty straight forward, put sand on ground pushed it around took off high spots, added sand sand to low spots. It was a little over 1000 sqft. I could not scalp very low, I put my Toro to the lowest setting, and then busted out my McClane that needs some adjustment by a professional. I went over it 4-5 times with the Toro and 3 times with the reel at the lowest setting I could get it to work at which was not much lower than the Toro. After all the spreading we watered in heavily. That was pretty much the process. Started at 0815 finished at 1400. Looking for all comments and critiques.
