That's all kind of relative don't you think? Is it just the round about 1.2 acres of open turf? Trimming? Edging? How much blowing off is there? Flat turf? Slope? Time it takes to get on and off the base? How often?

monthly. trimming. no edging. a good bit of blowing. looks like a typical parking lot layout.

What would you charge to do 1.2 acres?

They want to pay you 3 hours?

Three hours of what? Your normal hourly business rate?

my goal is 60 an hour. the job pays 175 a month for mowing. different price for other stuff.

Honestly i'm not really the best at judging acres. just cubic yards n such. so i do not really know how long an acre will take.
