Problems at the county garage

In our state only those applying pesticides for hire need to be licensed and certified. RUP's excluded. Home owners, farmers, and government workers can do what they please with out being trained or licensed.

Oops, the sad part is the guy won't get fired for being a da.

I would report it to the dept of ag (or whoever your state has oversee this).

You could see this from space. I will bet it has the Russians worried.

Driving is not too straight...I wouldn't put this guy in charge of painting those double yellow lines.
