What kind of revenue from a two man crew

What kind of revenue would you expect
Out of a two man crew in one truck doing 60 maintenance properties per week. Working four, 10 hour days a week? I know this varies greatly depending on so many things, just curious what you guys think?

good luck with that. hope your jobs are side by side. have to allow travel time between jobs,equiptment failures,weather,and days that just dont work out the way you would like. dont mean to be down, but things happen that you cant contol.good luck.

are you apart of this 2 man crew? either way, depending on how your accounts are priced it could be pretty good, depends on how close they are to each other, how new your equipment is, and all sorts of other things. could be only 2500 a week, could be 3500 a week, don't know anything about your accounts. my buddy has two guys do his lawns 60-70 a week that they do in 3 days and he makes 2000 just off the mowing after he pays them, then he does tree work with another guy or two, and probably does another 5-10k a week. pretty consistently.

Way too many variables. For instance Michigans market is different from NYC which is different from Birmingham.

Yeah I see what your saying. I guess even the accounts would vary. I think what I was trying to figure out was us there money in just maintenance? Everyone in my area acts like the money is in installs but I think if you ran it right, maintenance is profitable

idk about that being the problem. there is a lot of landscapers around me, there are the fly by night guys, who use an escalade, or suv or car to tow a small trailer, or maybe even double axle trailer, or no trailer. then their are legit companies, like myself who are licensed, insured, and pay taxes, and have their truck(s) lettered, trailers lettered, even still their is a difference in the work quality. so even though it is saturated in my area, a two man crew that i am a part of can do 2500 a week in 3-4 days of mowing easy and do other jobs, like shrub pruning, mulching, brush removal to name a few on saturdays and mondays, and make an extra 1-3k a week on top of mowing, so i would say do maintenance can make you enough money to make a decent living.

Depends on the accounts. If you're just going to mow, 50-80k/yr. Why not get yourself another vehicle and start fertilizing and spraying those 60 accounts, offer mulch, etc. Turn that 50k into 150k.
