Driveway Width for Bulldozer ?

I'm putting a perimeter fence around my property and want to leave an opening to bring heavy equipment into my yard if necessary. Can someone provide an approximation on what the width of the opening needs to be in order to bring in bulldozer/excavator? I understand the width of street has a huge bearing on this for turning radius. I'm assuming that this would probably not be towed in on a trailer, but driven in. I was thinking between 16' & 20'? Sound right?

Thanks

16' would be plenty of room. That would make your opening almost twice as wide as most machines.
