I have used Round- Up and spreader sticker. I would suggest cutting back on the watering if this bed is under irrigation.

That's interesting....I'm always terrified of spraying round-up over anything that I want to keep

I see online that some people say Basagran will do the trick, but I don't know for sure....

I can not vouch for Basagran as a means of control. I do know that for either shore or parsoni juniper Round up is safe and effective. I suspect Round up is much less expensive to use as well. I have used up to 4 oz of Round up and 1 tea spoon of spreader sticker per gal. Of H2o. Nothing to be terrified about.

casoron. http://www.amazon.com/Casoron-Pound-.../dp/B004RJ6DEW. Haven't used it for years, wasn't even sure it was still registered. http://www.ohp.com/Labels_MSDS/PDF/casoron_label.pdf. Don't see dollar weed listed on current label, but Am fairly sure it works well on it. Has to be used in winter. Image probably safe on shore juniper, never tried it though.

Second for casoron. Or Dyclomec. Or Barrier. Same thing.
