2007 Scag

I am inheriting a 2007 Scag Tiger Wildcat w/ 27hp Kawasaki motor.
It has sat idle for the most part around 3 years.
My question is this: Other than draining and replacing fuel and oil, does anyone have suggestions as to other precautions I need to take before cranking it up and using it?
Any hydraulic precautions I need to know?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Check plugs and air filter, grease fittings, check belts.
