washing at a dealership

I have a small dealership that ask if I was interested in washing an drying there cars. What I would like to ask everyone is what kind of spot free additive would work to help with the drying and hot water or cold water? Any tips would be good to see if I want to take this on. Thanks

I work at a dealer, the people that do our cars use our water cold right out of the spicket, but they have 2 big tanks (like helium) in the truck that filter into the water
