Just received my first PayPal payment for lawn care. Think I like it.

This is my first experience getting payed this way. I charged the customer an extra $5 to cover my PP fees. I think I like it.

The customer is from this thread, he is in Pakistan.

In my opinion, the only way to go. No more excuses that the check was lost in the mail.

That's true inzane. There are people out there who still don't know the basics of transactions in 2013. They act like you still have to go inside the bank and see a teller to withdraw money.

I think I will include that I take PayPal on my CL ads. It may help get more calls.

Maybe it's the free suckers and dog biscuits they give out.

Customers like they can get their reward points. I still get stuck behind people in the checkout line that are baffled by the card machine and write a hand check which the cashier slides and hands back to them and now they are confused because the check didn't go to the bank for processing.

Don't forget to get the Paypal Here dongle for your smart phone. Those guys don't know if will work with your phone, but more than likely it will. I have 2 clients that have moved away and their houses are for sale, I send them PayPal invoices and they are pay them. It also helps if you just go ahead and get the PayPal debit card, that way you can just leave the money there and spend it directly from PayPal. Of if you are like me spend it on more crap from eBay.
