Germination Continues

We had so much rain that the ground never really dries out for more than a couple of days, then gets soaked again as recently as last nite...
The dead zones of last Summer's drought filled up with broadleaf weeds that are dying back now from 'cides... I've noticed tiny green sprouts appearing from under the leaves and no sign of CG there yet...
After years of careful observation it is fun to see something new...

My current strategy was to pre-germinate AR seed and beat the CG to the punch, but it now behooves me to take another look at whether the real grasses are still on the way...
The pre-germinate idea came from Riggle, and I'm applying it to real world situations in dealing with possible outbreaks of CG, where the 'Dormant Seeding' appeared to have failed...
Thanks Riggle,,, I'll keep the report going on how well it works...

Now that I know that clay's texture(platelets) has nothing to do with water infiltration, percolation, or drainage
,,, I wonder what does...
