Preen weed prevention

I wanted to know if Preen can damage or kill Azalea's? I read up on it and it said it can be used around Azalea's, but I want to be sure before I use it. My Azalea's are like children to us, we just love those little guys.

If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Why would you use a 'root inhibitor' around azaleas??? Surely there are better ways to control weed seed germination around azaleas...
In answer to your question, the 'root inhibitor' inhibits ALL roots...
