what plan do you have in place to keep from someone taking it all

Im sure you fellas with big companys have been asked this before but god forbid one of your employees hits and kills someone in your truck what do you have in place? I know being inc. Will help you keep business from personal but is there good enough insurance to keep someone from coming after you and taking it all? Im not sure if reg insurance would do it or not but just looking for advice and a little direction. Thank you

Better contact your insurance agent, I think personal umbrellas are about 300$ per year, its likely a litter higher for your business.

Id be reasonably sure that your crew is somewhat sober while working.

Anytime theres a unnatural death it usually winds up in ligation.

Insurance. General Liability 1 million MINIMUM
Vehicle Liability insurance. I carry 1 million per vehicle
Keep a close eye on your drivers MVR. If you have an employee with a poor driving record or DWI, then a good lawyer can show you didn't show due diligence. If they have a relatively clean record, you had training in place, have insurance, and you are LLC or Inc., you may not lose personally with a good lawyer.
