Getting into landscape maintenance?

Just looking for a little input. As of right now I am a Commercial only Snow only company but due to multiple request from our snow customer we are looking into getting into full year round maintenance. I have talked to several mower dealers and they are telling me that walk behind mowers are becoming a thing of the past and that they are selling more standers. My thought is to set up one crew with a 60" zero turn a 48" stander 21" mower and then all the trimmers, blowers and such in a 8'x18' enclosed trailer. Is this a okay setup or is a walk behind mower still needed?

Thats alot of equipment to buy if you dont have any confirmed properties that you will be doing. But you also cant give out prices without knowing what it cost to operates your business based on the equipment you will be using. If there are no hills on the properties then you dont NEED a walkbehind, but its alwasy good for the wet days and such. That setup you have listed would be really productive and would work on most properties if not all

Good luck
