QOC on Gravely 48" Air-Flow Deck

I've been having some problems with my 2007 Gravely 48" WB w/ Air-flow Deck and the quality of cut from it.

First off this deck has been like this since we got it, It has never cut as well as our other gravelys, even our 52" air-flow.

This year I got out of mowing and into the landscaping end of our business. On top of that Ive been taking over many of our mechanical duties. Also Ive usually used our 60 or 52, not the 48. Well Ive been adjusting a bit on all the mowers to find most of them were pretty far off on the measurments and pitch.

After adjusting all of them to 1/4" forward pitch, sharp blades, belts, Checking RPMS everything, the 60" and 52" are cutting great, not so much the 48"

If the grass is a thick kentucky bluegrass lawn, it leaves a pretty nice finish, but as soon as it gets thin or fescue, it misses what seems to be like 25%! We just switched to 3.5" cutting height (reality of 3.25") and I really notice it more that we are cutting longer.

I also installed some hi-lift blades with the wavey design as the 60 and 52 but it still is not cutting nearly as nice as them.

Any input on the Air-flow deck is extremely appreciated, I can't seem to find much info on them.
