I called one of my customers 2 days before the 4th to let her know I'd be there Thursday. She asked if I was sure I wanted to cut her lawn on Thursday. I said yes, I have a full schedule to get done. She said, "but it's a holiday. I said, oh, you're right it is. Are you having a cook out? She said no. I said then it's set. I'll see you Thursday. She said it again, are you sure because it's a holiday. LOL Matter of fact, she was the only customer that was home on the 4th. All the rest were either at a party or at festivities going on.

all of my customers are ok with mowing on the 4th or they understand if i wanna wait until the 5th. it's basically left up to my choice and they are ok with it either way.

i didn't work at all over the weekend. I was too busy in Daytona fl watching the nascar race. it was AWESOME. best way to spend july 4th weekend! but you cant hardly tell the cars apart because they were going too fast. lol
My set up:
-2007 Chevy 2500hd 8.1l 4x4
-7x18 enclosed trailer
-Grasshopper front mount 61", gravely 52"
-36" Gravely Walkbehind, 21" exmark push mower
-Stihl everything
