Volvo a good deal?

As you may know, Ive been casually looking at big trucks since I got rid of my single axle international fairly quickly after buying it. What do you think about this Volvo? Price seems right. Is the motor too small?

It's doable just not gonna win any stoplights. If ~400hp/8ll's can handle field loaded grain trailers a tri-axle will be fine. Looks kinda rough tho, not anything big, but the bed and driverside mirror make me think it was run pretty hard.

Depends how it was taken care of mechanically. That's why I prefer to buy private party if I'm buying used. Those truck dealers can hide a lot of abuse under some fresh paint and tire shine.
