the main issue here is you have 2 co-dominant leaders, and each of those have co-dominant leaders. i would choose one main leader and remove the other completely. then, on the leader that you decide to keep i would reduce one of the two remaining leaders. i don't know anything about this tree, but general rule of thumb on most hardwoods is to have one dominant leader. do the pruning now before springtime.
