Organic Lawn Fertilizer

I am looking for an organic fertilizer for zoysia grass and for general landscape shrubs. Alot of information on the Internet with mixed results. Any suggestions?

For shrubs you may want to work a little compost into the soil then cover with a bark mulch, that will be breaking down over the next few years... generally though,,, woody shrubs do worse with N, because sucker/water shoots and rapid cambium expansion invite weakness and disease...
For grass you can mulch mow, add compost, soy/corn meals, and Milorganite... however you may want to supplement with synferts until you N cycle has built up enough with the organic to maintain color and vigor...
