Stihl br600 mag help

So we had one of our br600's stolen yesterday. We had to have another blower yesterday so I went and got a new br600. I am having a problem with it. When it is running it will just quit. It will not bog down or sound weird or anything. It is just like you hit the kill switch, but the kill switch has not been hit. You can take it off your back and 1 pull it will crank back up. When it is running it seems to run like the rest of them I have had. Anyone know what could be going on. Im probably gonna take it back tomorrow, but if it is something easy I will deal with it. I got it at Ace and the guys always give me good deals, the br600 was $420 and thats good deal so I really hate to take it back but after only one day. I will tell them to give me another one because I cant wait to leave it. Thanks for the help.

Sorry that your blower got stolen.
Yeah, probably your best bet would be to return it back to the dealer and get them to fix it. They won't want to give you a new one because it's their responsibility to fix a problem that is caused while under warranty. The reason why I know this is that I have had this problem numerous times...

P.S. Keep up the great vids on YouTube!!

Yea I was happy I really don't have the time to wait on them to fix a brand new blower. I think the cable for the kill switch was getting pinched or something. Thanks for the reply.

Feel for ya' - scumbags everywhere...

Even as a homeowner, I'm buying more & more from Ace. I like the service.

Cool I see you are in Ringold. I live in Chattanooga and on the other side of the fence in my back yard is Ringold. I live right on the state line.

Most dont realize each Ace is independently owned like a dealership. Many now carry full commercial equipment including mowers!

Yea they must be because they don't all carry stihl. One around here carries shindaiwa and another in town has husqvarna. But most in town have stihl.
