Thanks that was really helpful My local lighting store had sockets but they weren't what I wanted. Thought you guys might a favorite socket you use, but I understand if that is proprietary information.

I have found if I go to my local distributor and order Unique bipin sockets. They are beryllium copper sockets and well made. I order the ones for the path lights because they're only a few cents more and I'm going out for longer leads. I ordered 50 a time to get a pretty good price

Get the parts from our local suppliers become a pain especially the small items so we have to find other vendors.
